User Requirements

The use of our services is exclusively permitted for individuals who are at least 18 years old and possess full legal capacity. You must have your legal residence in a country where participation in our services is legally permissible. In particular, the provisions apply to users in Austria.

Account Responsibility

Upon registration, you are obliged to provide truthful and complete information. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activities carried out through your account will be attributed to you. The transfer of accounts to third parties or the creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

You commit to using the platform only for lawful purposes. Specifically prohibited are:

• The use of software bugs (exploits) or automated scripts (bots).
• Money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial transactions.
• Offensive, discriminatory, or fraudulent behavior towards other users or the operator.
• Attempts to manipulate the technical integrity of the platform or gain unauthorized access to data.

If fees apply for the use of certain functions, these will be clearly communicated. Deposits must originate from accounts or cards registered in the name of the user. We reserve the right to conduct identity verifications (KYC processes) before processing withdrawals. Possible fees for transactions depend on the chosen payment service provider and are the responsibility of the user.

Nature of the Service

Online gaming involves inherent risk. There is no guarantee of winnings or positive outcomes. All results are based on certified random mechanisms. Participation is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
